Unhandled exception in Host Library (thread1408)

I keep getting an error on startup titled "Fatal Error (5.70.025.110, 17.03.19)" see attached image below.  How can I determine what software is causing this issue?

If I interpret the title it might have happened during the shutdown cycle "17.03.19" which was yesterday in New Zealand.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi John, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

I'd recommend checking Event Viewer firstly to see if any errors were reported at the same time as this one.

    • Click Start and type "Event Viewer"
    • Select Event Viewer
    • Under Windows Logs > System, see if an error occurs at the same time as the one you've posted, and if any further information is provided.

Otherwise, is the error recurring or has it only happened that one time?

Let me know how you go! Thanks!

    Hi Graeme,

Thank you for responding and sorry for the late reply but when I got your email I was not able to get to this site for some strange reason.

To answer your question.  Yes it happens every time I restart my PC.  However having said that I think I found the reason.   I have vistualDVD installed and since uninstalling that I have not had the problem at all.

    Regards,

    john Viseur
