Microsoft security code problem

After updating BIOS on Windows 10 computer, the initial Windows Login PIN did not work and was asked to reset. This required me to log into my email at which point a security code was necessary. I selected delivery of the code to my email account email but the code received was not accepted by Windows. Have made 5 separate attempts but all rejected. Why is it happening and can I do to fix the problem?

    You cannot log into your PC because of the Windows Login PIN?

    These Tips might help:

    • Try use a Windows Installation CD and re-install Windows 10.
    • Keep waiting until you get a response by Microsoft.

    If you have another PC, install the Windows 10 Installation Media and select "Install for another PC" and you'll be asked to insert a CD/USB into your computer. After that, boot the CD/USB on your Windows 10 computer and you should get the Windows Installation.
