Outlook 2016 freezes when sending email

Dears,
since office 2016 installation user is facing issue with outlook.
Our Problem is:

  1. email stuck in outbox and required restart to send.
  2. outlook freezes every time
  3. doesn't display full result when searching.

above problems are happening very often.

What troubleshoot i did:

  • rebuilt index
  • repair office
  • update system and office
  • restore windows to its original state from built-in recovery option

    Hi @akbarali-4925,
    Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? Can Outlook work fine before? If yes, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?
    By the way, considering that your Outlook has multiple problems at the same time, and issues continue after repairing the Office program. In order to further confirm if your issue is related to your Outlook desktop client or something else in your windows, I would suggest you to completely uninstall your Office program with the uninstall support tool and then re-install the Office, then try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference. Reinstalling Office usually can help us eliminate many factors related to the client itself. If you have any update about this issue, please feel free to post back.
