From the screenshot, the error states that it cannot find the specified module native-utils.node. In this case, we recommend you go to the following location to make sure if the file is still exists.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams\current\resources\app.asar.unpacked\node_modules\native-utils\build\Release

If the file is not there, you can try to uninstall Teams client and reinstall it from this link to see if it can be fixed. If the issue persists after re-installation, would you please share the following information with us for further investigation:

1)Does this issue persist all the time?

2)Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?

3)Can you login in Teams web client normally?
