    Hi GiangNguyen_2504

The tmpdelete folder is not a Windows system folder or related to any of the usual software you will find on a PC

Do you run a 3rd party Disk or Windows Cleanup utility on your PC, if so, that folder will be associated with that software and will most likely be locked by that utility

    Hi Dave,

I've realized that after updating to the latest version of Windows on my another laptop, there is also TmpDelete folder created after completing the update. Is that the additional Windows system folder from now onwards?

    Thank you.

    Hi GiangNguyen_2504

Yes, that file is a backup of your Intel HD Graphics card device driver, deleting or removing that or any other driver form that folder will not harm your system in any way, because the real drivers are stored in your Windows Folder . . .

    Hello Dave,

Thank you for your support. I installed Unlocker but already removed, but folder still can't be deleted. I saw the file igdkmd64.sys in the folder but it seems related with Drivers software. Can you help me with that? Details are in the attachment.

    Thank you.
