Microsoft Flow failed

Question

I used to use Microsoft Flow finely. But now nothing work for me for more than a years.

I can sign in, see my Flows. But I can't manage anythings other than that. When access "Data -> Connections" page it take forever to finish with a loading indicator. Open browser console and it show this error.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

How is it possible that Microsoft account with email @Karima ben .com from provider live.com does not exist in tenant Microsoft Services? How can I (or someone) fix this?
