Integration SCOM with Azure Log analytics error http.sys

when I try to connect SCOM to Log analytics I have this error :

    If I run fiddler I can configure the connection with azure log analytics but , when I came back on menu Azure Log Analytics/Connection if fiddler is stopped I have the same error, if fiddler run I have this error

    In event veiwer I have event 5502, I try that https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/kevinjustin/omsadvisor-event-id-55002 , but doesnt work

    Hi,

    You probably already solved but for others that face the issue here how i managed to solve the error on my case.
    Enviroment: Windows Server 2016

    Start Registry Editor. To do this, right-click Start, type regedit in the Run box, and then click OK.

    Locate the following registry subkey: Value must be (Dword 32bit) Value

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NETFramework\v4.0.30319

    Create the following DWORD value under this key:

    SchUseStrongCrypto [Value = 1]

    Locate the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\NETFramework\v4.0.30319

    Create the following DWORD value under this key:

    SchUseStrongCrypto [Value = 1]

    Restart the system.
