GROUP POLICY SHORTCUT DESKTOP URL CUSTOM ICON NOT APPEARS IN CLIENT MACHINES

I added custom icon for desktop url shortcut and applied gpupdate.
on server machine, icon appears but on client machines, icon not appearing.

While I verified policy is successfully applied by using command gpresult /r. on client machines.

Please help me how to the solve this icon issue.

    Hi,

    Would you please tell more information for the policy settings.
    I would like to do a test in my lab and check if it works for the clients.
    And please run the cmd as administrator and type the command :gpresult /h c:\report.html
    If possible ,please share a screenshot for the policy in the report.(You can hide the private information)
