Power Automate: Moving excel and PDF documents in Sharepoint

I am working on a project in which I was assigned to figure out a way to automate a process of moving files. I came across Power Automate. Let's say that you upload some Excel and PDF documents named as follows (ex "client.year.quarter...pdf" and so on). Is it possible by using Automated Flow and setting the upload as a trigger and automatically move each document into files with the corresponding year? This is also done in SharePoint.
