Hi all,
I would create a Group Policy to manage System Restore on all company laptops.
Domain Controllers are Win 2016 DataCenter and laptop are Windows 10 Professional.

Go to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Disk Quotas. Using the following policies to configure the Max usage :

I would set for example that all clients must have 10GB of storage (Laptop SSD) for System Restore Point.

As mentioned :
This policy setting specifies the default disk quota limit and warning level for new users of the volume.
This policy setting determines how much disk space can be used by each user on each of the NTFS file system volumes on a computer. It also specifies the warning level, the point at which the user's status in the Quota Entries window changes to indicate that the user is approaching the disk quota limit.
If you want to keep a space for the System Restore, you may consider to set the disk quota limit and warning level to a lower level.
