Can you please try to uninstall Kaspersky, restart, check if the issue is fixed for a while, then re-install it, restart and check again?

Hi Terry,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

Remove Kaspersky first and then reinstall, which should fix the issue.

    Ciao Terry,

I'm Ugo, an Independent Advisor willing to help other Microsoft customers.

Regarding your question, by any chance, do you have a Kaspersky product installed? If so, kneps.sys belongs to it.

Please let me know if this helped somehow.

    Ciao

    Ugo
