Constant scrolling

Please, someone help me. My screen is on constant scroll. It either scrolls left or down. I've tried changing the mouse, updating drivers, system restore, the auto colour thing and numerous other things. Can someone please point me to a resolution?

Many thanks.

The issue was fixed by moving the USB connector for my BT keyboard to another USB port.

What type of connection are you using for the second display: HDMI, Display Port, DVI?

Its possible there might be an issue with your adapter or cable connection. You could try nudging the cable to see if it works or change out the cable.

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Monitors

Right click the monitor that keeps freezing

    Click uninstall

Restart your computer then check if its working again properly.

You can also try lowering the screen resolution of the second monitor to see if that works

The monitors are both fine. The issue still remains. Only now the display on the additional monitors is twice that of the main monitor.

    NS.
