windows 10 artifacts

ok so I suddenly have artifacts on whole screen yellow rectangles I have removed gpu and now with onboard graphics pc works fine how to confirm if my gpu is bad and not anything else like power supply or motherboard

    Most likely your GPU is fine, it is more likely an incompatible driver version was installed for your GPU by Windows 10 updates

    Try installing an older version of your Graphics card device driver, to see if that removes those artifacts . . .

    no did not work I even used another wire to connect gpu with monitor same problem my pc just restarted how can I send memory dump file here so I can be helped?
