Start by performing a clean boot

Press Windows key + X
Click Task Manager
Click Processes tab
Sort by CPU to see if this crashing app is accessing more resources.
It might point to which app is the culprit.
Last, you can try a system restore before this problem started.
Press Windows key + R
Type: rstrui.exe
Hit Enter
This will start the system restore wizard. Choose a restore point more before the problem started.
