Blue Screen error message

About a week ago, this blue screen popped up. Stop Code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT. Running Windows 10. After reaching 100% complete to collect error info, the computer did not restart. Even after I left it sit for a day or two. So I restarted manually. Now the screen just pops up after computer starts. I have tried online fixes, with no luck. I am also unsure how to start up in Safe Mode. Cannot remember what I may have changed to cause this to happen, I was going to fix whatever the last change was that I did, by date. Please!! Help is desperately needed!! Thank you in advance.

Hi Nana, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

If you have problems zipping those files, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them from there

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
