WiFi Driver problems

Hello I need help.

Yesterday night i was using my laptop when it shut down cause the battery ran out. The next morning when I turned it on the icon on the right down corner of the wifi had an X red with the icon of the cable lan. When i click on it, it doesnt show any wifi connections and when I do the troubleshooting it says impossible to identify the problem. 

I looked on my driver menager and something it's missing but idk what, there's only the Bluetooth thing and nothing else. The laptop im using doesnt have a lan cable port.

Im using a TrekStor Primebook c13 wifi CFALKWW02 Build v3.2.1 4,00 GB x64 bit

I was looking for the drivers but i cant find them also idk how to install them because i dont have another laptop i just have a android phone where i transfer files i hope its enough.

I also did the hard reset of the computer but that didn't fix the problem.

    TrekStor don't seem to provide drivers for their products . . .

    As far as I know, model has Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165, below is the latest drivers available for that WiFi card:
