Mouse Cursor Theme

For the past few months, I've been unable to apply the "None" mouse cursor theme (the skinny oldschool one). Whenever I apply that theme, it reverts to the Windows Default (the smaller wider one).

Haven't found anything online, and I've tested it on other computers, which showed the same issue.

I recommend you to completely repair Windows, before you have to make a copy of your personal files

    Hello Kathleen.

Thanks for your reply. I did what you suggested and it said some corrupted files were repaired but the issue itself remains.
