- Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
- Are you facing this audio sync issue with any particular file?
However, let us try these methods one by one to check if that helps.
Method A: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter and restart the computer once to check if that helps.
Method B: Suggest you to test this issue with a different file and check if that makes any difference.
Method C: Further, you may also want to remove and reconnect the Xbox One device to the Windows 10 PC and check if that helps.
