Audio Sync issues when streaming Films/TV

Hi,

I am having Audi sync issues when streaming films and tv shows from my Windows 10 PC to my Xbox One S using the Films & TV app.

The Audio is always about 1.5 seconds behind the Video.

My PC is connected to my network via a Cat 6 ethernet cable and my Xbox One S is also connected to my network via a Cat 6 ethernet cable.

I have a broadband speed of 100mbps.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community Forums.

Appreciate your efforts to work on this issue.

I can understand the situation must be difficult for you when the system doesn't work as it should.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
  2. Are you facing this audio sync issue with any particular file?

However, let us try these methods one by one to check if that helps.

Method A: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter and restart the computer once to check if that helps.

Method B: Suggest you to test this issue with a different file and check if that makes any difference.

Method C: Further, you may also want to remove and reconnect the Xbox One device to the Windows 10 PC and check if that helps.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Srimadhwa B
