Hi,
I downgraded my windows 10 PC to windows 7 yesterday due to some reason. But now when I'm trying to connect my Bluetooth earphones with it, it isn't connecting, showing the window mentioned below. I comfortably used them when my PC was running on Win 10 using external dongle -"Enter 2.0 USB Bluetooth Dongle , Model No. E-UBTV ". I tried different methods to resolve this like updating driver software, but nothing worked. Please help.
