Windows could not start the SQL Server reporting services service on local coumputer

Hi Team,
Am trying to start reporting services from services but am getting bellow error message.
Please help on this.

    You may refer the official article for help.

    It gives the workaround to configure the computer so that the network does not retrieve trusted and untrusted CTLs.

    You may follow the methods mentioned in the documentation for a try.
