can i have two or more partitions in one process?

Question

I'm a newbie to hyper-v. I found that I can WHvCreatePartition multi partitions in one process, but only one partition
can WHvMapGpaRange memory, others can't. I wanna know is I missed something, or that just how hyper-v works.
As far as I know kvm just can do this. Could someone help me out? thanks
