Hyper V not working

Hyper V quick create showing not found error and closing automatically. What can I do to repair it.

    My name is Sarah Kong and I am an independent adviser that is here to try and help you with your issue.

    Don't use the quick create.

    Click New - Virtual Machine.

    Walk through the wizard making sure to select to install an operating system later.

    Once it is created right click it and select settings.

    Go to IDE controller 1 and click DVD drive.

    Click image file and browse and put it to your ISO file.

    Quick Create works great for me. Did you create a virtual switch?
