Unfortunately I don't see either of those processes.
Multiple "Setup" Processes
Hey everyone,
Recently I've been experiencing a ton of processes popping up in task manager called "setup/uninstall". I'm not currently installing software or updating anything, and it looks look a CMD window keeps opening for a microsecond and then immediately closes. Sometimes when this happens I lose functionality on my track pad. Any ideas as to what is happening?

Right click on the task, KNCTR
Click on End Task.
Right click on the task, itibiti
Click on End Task.
Click on the Windows logo,
Find the KNCTR program in the menu (click on the menu icon in the lower left)
Right click and the click uninstall.

There may well be an installer or updater struck on your Startup processes, and that needs to be removed .. .
Task Manager and indeed Msconfig offer only limited control over Startup items . . .
Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation
When the file downloads, unzip it.
Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator
With that utility, you can right click and delete any startup item in Windows
Look for any reference to an installer or updater and untick any you find on the initial listing and also on the Logon Tab
