It's a known issue where upgrade to Pro shows Enterprise. I thought it was resolved shortly after it arose by a WIndows Update so first thing to do is expedite all WIndows Updates until no more are offered after restart.
You can also try running the Activation Troubleshooter which can be self-healing, at Settings > Update & Security > Activation
If that doesn't work then contact Microsoft Support phone or chat options here: https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/.... This has always worked for those who have still gotten this error.
