dynamic lock not working?

Question

Hi there, the dynamic lock states Not working -and cannot find the paired device, either out of range or Bluetooth off (but indeed has already paired before except only file transfer Bluetooth has not worked at all)?  referring to the iPhone6s+, in fact on both devices it's discoverable, but just not connecting? And how to use file transfer via Bluetooth on the smartphone to pc?

yes, only once that both devices connected via the code sent -then not discoverable again?

I just came across a thread with other users experiencing similar issues. It appears the issue was recently introduced.

Press Windows key + X

Click Windows PowerShell (Admin). 



At the command prompt, type the following, hit Enter the restart. 

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Check if it now works.
