0x000014c Error

First,  let me tell you what happened

I was using Firefox and had about 10 tabs open when it stopped responding. My screen just froze before the message Microsoft Windows stopped responding popped up. I couldn't do anything so I just clicked on the end process option in that pop up and my screen went black with only the cursor visible so I had to force a shut down with the power button.

When I turned on my laptop it showed me the blue screen with that error code. I've tried using a USB I created with the media creation tool but it ends up with a blank screen for hours.

I'm getting pretty tired of this because I've faced the blue screen issue 4 to 5 times this past year. The last one was barely a few weeks ago when I had an unmountable boot volume error had ended having to pay reformat it because I couldn't do anything with it.

Can someone please help me out.

    Hi JosephSmith7961

To know what exactly is causing the crashes, I need to analyze minidumps

generated by crashes with WinDBG. WinDBG is the only tool which can do end to end complete analysis of ..dmp files generated by BSOD (Blue screen of death).

    Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip the contents of the folder corresponding to date and time of your crashes.

Upload the content to Onedrive or any other file sharing site for me to locate the problem.

If you are uploading Memory.dmp also, please upload it separately as the size of memory dump is very large.

If you don't get minidump files in above folder, you will need to enable minidump generation. If you need help to generate Minidump - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Do let me know if you have any more question or require further help.

How do I access those files? My laptop is stuck on an endless loop and I can't even boot it using my USB.

If you can't boot using even USB, final option could be a clean Install. This is the best method to perform a clean install of Windows 10. (If you want to rescue your files, there is a section Rescue Files when Windows Won't Start)

If you want a very lightweight guide - Start fresh with a clean installation of Windows 10

I have tried to reinstall windows using the USB that I have created. I deleted both partitions.

And ended up with only one unallocated partition. Then, I clicked new but ended up with this new error.

I tried to use the command prompt > notepad.exe > open to locate the minudump but now it says that I have to format my drives to use them.
