Windows App Certification - 10.8.2 In-App Purchase: Physical Goods & Services

Question

Hello,
The Microsoft store policies under section 10.8.2 (https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/windows/uwp/publish/store-policies#108-financial-transactions) say:

[...] You must use the Microsoft payment request API or a secure third-party purchase API to receive voluntary donations from users. If the user receives digital goods or services in return, including but not limited to additional features or removal of advertising, you must use the Microsoft Store in-product purchase API instead. [...]

I have an app where users can donate to support the development. Does this rule allow me to have both PayPal and Microsoft Payment API in the same app for user donations?
