Cannot find script file stream-all.vbs

Question

Hi there, every time I restart my computer I get this annoying message

It doesn't actually affect anything and I can close it, but it's super annyoing, and task manager is not help.

Can someone help?

Try running these programs:

Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

Try Internet Options/Advance tab/locate Disable Script Debugging,and Disable Script Other save & exit,restart pc.Also,in run or cmd,type:  Msconfig  edit the tabs,try to locate the software /disable,&/or

R.click on it in Task mgr,select File Location/delete the data...
