Intonation does not work correctly, when using voice: (de-DE, KatjaNeural) - Whole sentence getting changed in intonation / pitch

Please correct this problem ASAP.
While using Intonation with the Voice (de-DE, KatjaNeural) the whole sentence changes in a weird way. It doesnt matters which part of the sentence is getting modified by the intonation feature.

The whole sentence is getting high pitched and weird intonated (like setting all words to +100% intonation).
Currently the generated announcements cannot be used like this.

We first recognized this problem the last day. In the past the intonation worked normal.

Example:

In the first example only one exclamation mark is changes. Even then the Problem occures.

    @romungi-MSFT As of today, the problem no longer occurs.

    Shortly after creating this question, I was unable to use the Speech Studio for about 20 minutes.
    After logging in, I was shown a loading screen continuously.

    After I was able to use it again, the problem no longer occurred.

    The problem only occurred with this one voice. (de-DE, KatjaNeural)
    And could be recreated independently of the account.
    The problem even occurred on the demo page when SSML was adapted there.
