Hello,

We are in the process of Connecting our ServiceNow instance to IT Service Management Connector in Azure.
By following the steps in ServiceIT Development mentioned here -->
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-platform-administration/page/administer/security/task/t_SettingUpOAuth.html

  1. We created application registry
  2. downloaded the application and installed the Microsoft OMS integrator
  3. created a user 'Azure_OMS_Integration' with the roles specified
  4. In the Microsoft OMS Integrator installation checklist, we see the following message 'OMS App Integration needs an integration account, so that it can create events or incidents into ServiceNow. This account must contain the x_maad_OMS App_integra.OMS App_integration role."
However, i do not see the x_maad_OMS App_integra.OMS App_integration role. in servicenow.

is this role missing in "user app for microsoft OMS integration" application?

We are in a domain separated environment, and have created the 'Azure_OMS_Integration' user in the global domain.

Please help what is missing here?
"user app for microsoft OMS integration" does it behave differently for domain separated environment?
how do we find x_maad_OMS App_integra.OMS App_integration role?

Any help would be appreciated!!
