what does windows rollback on line user mean

there is a new update for windows 10. at the tail end of the line was written rollback online user. what does that mean?

    I can't I got rid of it. but if it comes up again when I upgrade I will do it then.

    Since you are on the older Windows 10 1803 release, I would recommend you try upgrading to the newer Windows 10 1903 release.

    Go to the following page then click 'Update Now'
