I looked at the steps to fix this issued, but still doesn’t help at all. If any of you experienced the same issued as i am. Please walk me through the steps to fixed this issued. Hi Roger

Your Blue Screen crashes are caused by your Intel Wireless card device driver . . .

Go to the support page for your PC, then form there, download and install the Intel WiFi device drivers they recommend for your PC, that may well be an older version of the driver, but should be more compatible with your PC

If you have any difficulty locating the support page for your PC, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .
