[bug] compact.exe command line tool, and file modification time problem
When I use Compact.exe /EXE command line switch, is changing the "modified time" of files being compacted to the time the program was launched.
(it's like having the file modified time as access time).
Others comand line switches, don't seem to have the same effect, and touch the file "modified time", as /EXE switch does.
Could you give me a resolution for this (what to do to not have them modified, and still use /EXE switch because it helps with file size alot), or a fixed good version of compact.exe?
Thank you.

2019-06-08T07:34:15+00:00 I usually disable windows atomatic updates with Policy Editor or some other software
So, you are saying updates do solve this problem, and that I should update and it would be ok?

Or Windows key+X, Run, winver, OK
