    It means that C:\BSP\BARKODDB.MDF file itself seems to have NTFS read-only permissions. You will have to go to the Windows O/S using admin rights and change the file's access rights from read-only so it can be written to.

    Hi MustafaKl-5520,
    You can try to run your Visiual Studio as administrator.
    And follow the steps to disable Just-In-Time debugging.

    1. Open Visual Studio. On the Tools menu, click Options.
    2. Select the Debugging folder in the Options dialog box
    3. Select the Just-In-Time page.
    4. Select or clear the relevant program types: Managed, Native, or Script.
    5. To disable Just-In-Time debugging, once it has been enabled, you must be running with Administrator privileges. Enabling Just-In-Time debugging sets a registry key, and Administrator privileges are required to change that key.
    6. Click OK.
      Just-In-Time debugging may still be enabled even if Visual Studio is no longer installed on your computer. When Visual Studio is not installed, you cannot disable Just-In-Time debugging from the Visual Studio Options dialog box. In that case, you can disable Just-In-Time debugging by editing the Windows registry.
