Is there any way to create connection to sharepoint online using managed identity?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

Managed Identity is currently in preview and SharePoint is not currently supported. Only a couple of connectors, as documented are supported, and once more connectors are supported, the docs will be updated accordingly to reflect the same.
