Prereq download 404 error when installing Primary Site

Downloaded the SCCM 2016 evaluation media from ms download yesterday. Today, trying to actually go through the install and I'm getting errors at "Prerequisite Downloads" section of the installation wizard, where it looks to download language files etc.

It looks like http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=746984 is redirecting to a missing file ConfigMgr.LN.Manifest.cab on download.microsoft.com - I've tried accessing that url from a couple of different source machines, but just getting 404s each time.

Any suggestions on how I can get around this? Log snippet below.

    The link returns a 404 for me as well and I've notified our internal folks of this issue.

    As a note here, there is no such thing as "SCCM 2016". Configuration Manager 1606 was part of System Center 2016 but never used and does not use the 2016 version nomenclature.

    Thus, can you be more specific on exactly what eval you downloaded and where you downloaded it from so that we can properly validate?

    It's been over a month since this that link is still not available. Please, if this possible to be fixed or SCCM 1606 download removed?

    I have the same issue. I have to install the SCCM 1606 and can't do it because the link is not working.
    Is that a joke that nobody can fix it soon? We paid for that product, and it is still supported - as I know.

    If nobody can fix it, where can I download the necessary files for the installation?

    Or has someone the possibility to give me access to his downloaded files?

    I am trying SCCM 1902 and SCCM 2013, both have 404 error while downloading the pre requisites.
    Tried online during setup as well as from the setup hta.
    When will this be resolved MS!
