Foxit Reader app deployed from Intune to co-managed device stuck in downloading

Hi, I have deployed Foxit Reader app as LOB to device (available to test group containing my account) co-managed by MECM & Intune with Client Apps workload managed by Intune. However app is stuck in downloading - what can I do to troubleshoot this?

    @Bojan Zivkovic , We can check whether the software has been downloaded under C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\mdm and go on the further steps according to the result.
