Speaker window in meeting highlighted when speaking

Is there an option to have the current speaker window in a teams meeting be highlighted or appear as primary? This is similar to Zoom where the speaker video window "pops" to full screen when speaking and goes back to small window when silent.

    Actually, Microsoft Teams provides a feature to highlight the speakers. This presentation is different from Zoom. Each speaker's avatar will glow when he is talking or making noise during the meeting as below:

    As a supplement, if all participants are displayed side by side, the speaker's avatar will glow as below:

    If it cannot show all participants , the speaker's avatar will be put to the first place as below.

    The Highlight (glow) of the speaker's avatar is not bold enough to notice easily. Often, I have to look very carefully to figure out who is highlighted. The highlight should be easy to notice.
