Microsoft DataFactory DataFlow - Strange error after ErrorCode 4501

Yesterday I was effected by the Azure Resource Manager incident that stopped Data Flow execution with a 4501 error.

Today I am also receiving an error when executing a Data Flow;

{"message":"at : 'authority' Uri should have at least one segment in the path (i.e. https://<host>/<path>/...). Details:at : 'authority' Uri should have at least one segment in the path (i.e. https://<host>/<path>/...)","failureType":"UserError","target":"ConsolidatedView","errorCode":"DFExecutorUserError"}

Has anyone seen this error before or can they help me at all?

I have the same issue. Here is my run-id. Happens when pipeline is triggered from Azure Python SDK.
