Sandbox issue ( never ending loop )

Dear all!

Is there somebody who faced with the same issue?

My sandbox wants constantly load in and sign me in within an infinite loop. Now I am not able to use my Azure Cloud Shell because of it, and progress with the Azure modules.

I tried to clear all the cookies, and log back. But it didn't solve my problem. Also tried out a different browser. Earlier I didn't face this issue. I also tried to jump to the next module and my sandbox was deleted and a new was created but I had the same issue. So jumping to a new module is not a solution. I tried to wait for 4 hours as well until my sandbox expire and retry. ( Actually the sandbox activation is always successful, however signing in.... and the sandbox checking is never-ending)

I could demonstrate clearly with a video but I can only attach just pictures. So the sandbox loading never-ending, and the progress bar restarts again and again. Signing in.... repeatedly

Any suggestion ?

    Hi,

Even I faced the issue. Not sure with the root cause, but a quick workaround was to load the desired unit's URL in an Incognito/private mode. And it worked fine after signing in.

    Thanks,

    Hey im Glasweefselbehang ,
The same thing happened with me a couple of days ago , i tried the every solution created in my mind but it is not a very big issue . You just have to wait and restart your computer , in 12 to 15 days you will be out of the sandbox!
    i experienced it.
