window media player 12

Question

visualizations will play for first song only, the second and on zero visualization how to fix this? This issue has been on-going since 2015. I like to relax to music, the visualizations help, will you fix this issue and make us all happy and relaxed. I am more than annoyed this problem has not been addressed in the last 6 years .......... come on microsoft fix it.
