Azure Data Factory Copy Activity dynamic data transformation for string columns (TYPE CONVERSION for char columns)

Hi ,

I am using a Copy activity to dynamically copy several sources from SQL source to SQL target.

How ever i want to convert automatically all character data type columns using transformation "UPPER"

I can not see any option for applying transformation's to string columns under TYPE CONVERSION

is there any way around to implement this data transformation automatically ?

You need to use Data Flow activity to convert incoming character column datatype values to UPPER values. This cannot be done using Copy Activity as per my understanding of your ask. You could refer to Data Flow activity in Azure Data Factory on using data flows.
