Hi, it's not just Wacom, it's all programs. The only exception is shortcuts for programs on the desktop, which show up as apps.
Can't find programs using the start menu search
Recently I am no longer able to find any programs using the start menu search, it just gives me things like downloaded files. For example, I can't find the control panel by typing in "control panel".

2019-11-21T14:05:54+00:00 Have you already checked Settings>Personalization>Start and Start>Settings>Search? After clicking on Start and looking at the list of Apps what shows under Windows System? The Control Panel should be there. If everything appears alright here have you tried a reboot of your computer?

2019-11-21T14:05:49+00:00 As per another expert's suggestion, make sure you have the correct filters on the start menu search when searching for your preferred items. Otherwise, carry on with the index rebuilding.
Let me know how it goes. :)
