Error code 805a0190 on Windows phone while trying to use Store

An answer, actually! After spending an hour on the phone with a Tier 2 tech at Verizon, we finally found that due to my phone bring Windows 8.1, for which support has ended, access to the store is no longer available! So none of all the fixes around will do anything!
