Problem with printing from Outlook 365

When trying to print a mail from Outlook on my HP printer as well as doing the same on a PDF converter, Outlook is having problems with the mail format. It does split the content of one page into about 15 pages where only a very small part of the mail is on one page so I am not able to print a complete mail in once or in an appropriate format. This only concerns Outlook as printing from Word and Excel as well as PDF files works perfect. It does not look like a printer problem as the same problem appears when selecting PDF as the printer.
