Hi, thanks. The APN is taken automatically from the SIM. It works perfectly on my home operator but when I am roaming, I want to be able to select with which operator to roam.
Mobile (cellular) settings - how to select network operator manually
How do uncheck the automatic network selection? see below. I've spent one and a half hrs on the phone to Microsoft, no remedy.

2019-12-05T18:18:07+00:00 I was on the line with MS Tech support (for which I pay through the Assure product). After one and a half hours no joy. The guy said he'd send it to second level and I should call back., I did and was told that nothing had been documented in the case. After another half hour waiting I hung up. Case numberĀ 1489778928.

Have you already entered the APN settings for your SIM Card?
All Mobile Broadband operators have what is known as APN settings that you must enter into Windows
Go to the website of your cellular provider and get the appropriate APN settings for that network
Then in Windows 10, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular > Advanced options and from there you can enter those APN settings that are appropriate to your SIM card . . .
