Hey, not sure what this question is doing in this department but anyway.
Just today I achieved this by using the snapshot tool in Adobe PDF reader then pasting it in Paint and saving it as jpg.

So I have never used this but I did see an online converter: https://pdf2jpg.net/
That said, a must-have app for me is Snagit by Techsmith. It is an amazing product that allows you to capture so much and save it the way you want it.
It is an amazing program that you can check out here: https://www.techsmith.com/store/snagit
And the beauty is you can get a free trial! After using it for a few days you will wonder why you never got it before. It is the first program I install on any new device!
ah...if the attachment to an email has a size limit, the only way to decrease the size is by converting a .pdf to .jpeg. what I've had to do is to take a pic (.jpeg ) with one device send it to myself via email then attach. Happens to me mostly on product warranty and registration e-forms when they want a copy of the sales receipt and you can only scan and save as .pdf.
I guess the question is why would you want to convert form the pdf to a Jpeg (JPG) image?
the pdf is essentially a document format and the jpg an image format you could use the windows snipping tool to cut areas of your pdf document and save as an image its difficult if you have multiple pages you may need to save multiple images.
hope this helps
Dear Stell,
I don't really think there is a built-in way to do this on Windows you can make use of an app from the Windows 10 app store to convert your PDF. Mac users can use the Preview program to convert PDFs to JPGs. You can also use Adobe Acrobat Pro if you have purchased it.
