    Hi,

.ELT files are essentially for logging information from various places in one go. This may be related to Windows telemetry. I would suggest lowering this from full to basic to see if it helps from Settings > Privacy > Feedback and diagnostics.

    I hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply. But the Settings is already set to basic  .

Hello! My name is Marco, I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

do you remember the last thing you did before it started doing that? ex: windows update .. etc

I would advise you to do an anti-malware scan, just in case ...

With these two free and powerful software.

    AdwCleaner : https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

    Malwarebytes : https://malwarebytes.com/

The last thing I did: windows update

The issue seems to be fixed after I disable all the non-windows service in msconfig

Maybe some programs do not work correctly in the new version

ok so much better if the problem is fixed, but did you do the scan? It could be a malicious program that was at startup.
