How to update Office files version under common files folder?

Hi,

User installed Office 2013 SP1, and I see the excel version is now 15.0.5327.1000 32 bit.

However, I get a report said that:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\GRPHFLT\epsimp32.flt has not been patched."

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\EQUATION\EQNEDT32.EXE has not been patched."

I see the EQNEDT32.EXE version is "2000.11.9.0".

I manually download the "conv2013-kb3172458-fullfile-x86-glb.exe" and "eqnedt322013-kb3162047-fullfile-x86-glb.exe" from Microsoft site, however when I try to install them, it said "The expected version of product was not found on the system".

How can I update the files under "Microsoft Shared" folder?

    I suggest you go to this location and download the updates for Office 2013.
    For conv2013-kb3172458-fullfile-x86-glb.exe:
