My system:D folder is not accessible for me due to I don't have permission.  But the security tab is missing. I did add a Nosecurity key with value 0 in registry editor in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.  But nothing worked.

What version of Windows 10? Are you on Pro? Are you in S Mode in Home?

Yes FAT32 does not allow the security tab or it doesn't show up, this may be the problem.
